Specific Information Related to the Nardagani Reading Program

If you purchase the Nardagani reading program, please note that you are not purchasing the program itself but rather a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, thirty (30) day license for one (1) student to use and access the program for one person and only one person. If you wish to use the program for more than one person, you must purchase additional licenses. Your license to access and use the program may be revoked by Nardagani at any time, in its discretion, if you violate these Terms of Use. The license will not be extended beyond the initial thirty (30) days if you fail to complete the reading program within the license period and there are no refunds available once you purchase the program. The term “Content” when used in these Terms of Use also includes the Nardagani reading program, including all software and materials. Except as otherwise expressly provided, you may not: (1) copy, distribute, sell, or sublicense all or any portion of the Nardagani reading program; (2) modify or prepare derivative works of such program; (3) publicly display visual output of such program; (4) transmit such program over a network, by telephone, or electronically using any means; or (5) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of such program. You agree to keep confidential and use your best efforts to prevent and protect the contents of the Nardagani reading program from unauthorized disclosure or use and to comply with these Terms of Use related to the use of passwords, IDs and accounts.

You may download and print one copy, from a single computer, of the lesson materials and coded practice books purposely made available by Nardagani for downloading and printing from the Site, provided that you (1) not remove any proprietary notice language in all copies of such documents, (2) use such information only for your personal, non-commercial, informational purpose and do not copy or post such information on any networked computer or broadcast it in any media or otherwise share it with any third party, and (3) make no modifications to any such information. Modification of such materials and practice books or use of the materials and books for any other purpose is a violation of Nardagani’s and/or others’ copyright, trademark, trade secret and other proprietary rights. When you download and/or print any materials from the Site or related to the Nardagani reading program, Nardagani does not transfer title to such materials to you and as between you and Nardagani, Nardagani retains full and complete right, title and interest in and to such materials and all intellectual property rights therein.
Nardagani does not guaranty any specific results from the use of its reading program and individual results may vary.
